Message	that's what I do, I have spent almost $40-$50k on Z1 merchandise this year alone and I have not had any issues that warrantied "blowing up". Those guys are working their butts off down there. They admittedly make mistakes from time to time and have stated that they have big ones in the past. That being said, I have ordered a ton of stuff from them and I have had minimum issues. I don't know about your order, but it should be simply to resolve if you pick up the phone and get ahold of John. If that doesn't work, contact Russell.
